Vocalium will be singing in Derbyshire on Saturday 17th December to help celebrate an English Renaissance Christmas in the Tudor splendour of Haddon Hall.
This year Haddon Hall have been exploring one of England’s most prominent eras in history. Changes in art, literature and music influenced the late 15th to early 17th centuries, and will influence the theme around the hall.
The ancient rooms at Haddon will be dressed for Christmas with swags, firs and natural decorations in keeping with the hall’s beautiful medieval architecture, with a little touch of contemporary glamour to really shine.
The great fires will be roaring – conjuring up a truly atmospheric setting to get visitors in to the festive spirit and experience Christmas past and present.
The hall will open at 10.30am and close at 4pm (last entry at 3pm) and Vocalium will perform two 45-minute slots at noon and 2.30pm. Do join us!
